	Tax & GST All items purchased from Sport Fishing Direct include GST and a Tax Invoice will be provided to the purchaser via email. Liability Sport Fishing Direct is not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods. Failure to comply with any of our terms will result in delays and/or possible non shipment of an item. Buyer accepts all responsibility for providing the correct delivery address. Any item not delivered due to a wrong address will be charged the full shipping price again. By purchasing on our Store you are agreeing to all of our Terms & Conditions. Please Note Customers must read and agree to the Shipping Costs, Delivery Policies, Selling Policies, Warranty & Returns from Sport Fishing Direct before purchasing. Unfortunately we cannot accept Pickups. All orders must be shipped. Insurance is an option which is offered on items in Checkout for Australian Customers. All Australian Orders are sent via either Australian Air Express or Australia Post. International Orders are sent via Australia Post Air Mail. Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery within Australia, before contacting us. Warranty & Returns All items sold by Sport Fishing Direct come with a 30 Day Warranty. If there are any issues as stipulated below, then we must be contacted within this timeframe.
	*Returns & Refunds*
	Returns If an incorrect item was shipped, or products were flawed, then a warranty return must be processed within 14 days from the shipping date. If an item was damaged in transit, we need to be contacted within 24hrs of receipt of goods. All replacements for returns due to damaged items are subject to availability and in the event that the item you purchased is no longer available, a refund will be processed. Refunds No refunds, credits, exchanges or replacements are offered if you have changed your mind about the product, make an incorrect choice, or failed to verify and accurately provide information when buying one of our items. All EBay auctions are legally binding and must be paid for in full. If a Refund is warranted then it will be processed in the form of payment used on the original order.
